They took a perfectly good app & made it nearly useless. It's now worse than their food. It's 98% geared to order, but I would never order in the app as I want to watch what the servers put in & direct them as I've had many bad experiences. The worst change was removing a function where I could review if the points I earned were actually credited. Now that's gone so I'm supposed to trust them. I don't, so I'll be going less.

Old app worked fine. Latest version is a dumpster fire. All you can do is order. There is no home screen to check points, enter barcode to earn rewards, nothing. You open the app, it goes to an order screen and thats all there is. Well. Actually there is a back button in the upper left of the order screen that would probably take you to the home screen if it actually worked, but it never does. What the heck was Moe's thinking?

What did you do? The app is pretty much useless now if you are only offering users the option to order. I don't see reward points or am I able to check out your menu items without having to order. All the changes you've made hasn't been all that grand to me from the removal of menu items and now the app. I might as well eat at Chipotle. 🤷🏼♀️
