So far so good! The only issue is that one of the standard pictures shows the stand much further inboard than they actually are. As a result, the TV is too big to fit on my stand forcing me to buy a wall mount. The TV works great and has great picture quality.

I purchased this to replace a 4K tv that had stopped working. When I received it there were LED “ghosts” across the top and one at the bottom. The picture quality was amazing in brighter scenes but the darker scenes revealed the defect.

We love it, the size the features, the sound, and the availability of being able to be so far away but still hear and see what is on the screen. Makes you feel like you are in a movie theater.

If this is your first high def set or your first giant-sized screen, you won't be disappointed (and will save several hundred dollars). But if you're patient (or rich enough), the only screen that is "state of the art," presenting the most accurate and dramatic colors with the sharpest resolution, is one that employs OLED technology. Apple uses it for the screen of the new iPhone X, and LG has taken the lead in offering big screens that are OLED. The LG65UJ7700 has 4K resolution, which will not look different to the naked eye from most HD sets with 1080 pixels. At this point, I'd be happy to sell all 3 of our family's 4K sets and use the proceeds toward an authentic LG OLED set.
