While the update does streamline the ordering process, the customization process is still lacking. Some choices, the ones that charge more, can be customized. But where's the option for more or less of the others? I like an extra spoonful of rice and possibly can salsa but would like slightly less of some other toppings. None of that is available unless I order in the store.

App is completely unstable and behaves like it was built by a drunken intern after being told they were getting fired. You can save favorites to the app but they disappear about once a month. There is a good chance to get an error that gives no specific info on what went wrong. Is the location you are ordering from down, is the app crashing, is it the taco-pocalypse, who knows it's all the same unspecified error. They need to pull the app and rebuild from the ground up.

Completely unusable. All I want to do is check my points status, but it won't let me leave the online ordering page. Hell, THAT doesn't even work! It's having a seizure trying to figure out where I am, despite me giving the app permission to know my location. Entering my address doesn't work either. Trying to back out of online ordering results in an endless loading screen. You know the phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Well, apparently Moe's doesn't. The old app worked flawlessly.
